Thank you for the comment and the great reference! I started to work on Khaan reconstruction based on your skeletal drawing. Unfortunately I have more important things to do, so it would take time to finish it.

Oww, cuuuute :D

I can't help but imagine a hand holding food that he's looking at. :giggle:

Hmm... beaks, naked skin... Birds and oviraptorosaurs invented the beak independently, didn't they? So by phylogenetic bracketing it could be either way. (Or possibly I'm really confused=P)

It could be either way, that's exactly my thought.

I'm glad you like my painting. :)

Thank you very much for the kind words man, although I don't consider myself a master with the watercolours. I don't know why but I have always thought I'm better with the pencils or ink.

Fantastic. In my opinion around the beak must be some nude skin, but it's not an important detail and the beak it's all right in this way too (I'm not english, sorry if I did some mistakes)

Thank you!

Well, most birds don't have "nude" skin around the beak, so I though it's same with the dinosaurs. Anyway, no one knows for sure how this animals looked when they were alive. It's up to our imagination. ;)

You may not be english but you write good enough, so I can understand you without problems.
